CEGTV Networks (CEGTV) will provide quality television programming for commercial and cable system operators across the United States and will be in operation 24/7. CEGTV will provide a multifaceted program lineup, attracting a wide viewing audience, as well as appealing to a broad spectrum of broadcast stations. CEGTV will also provide a minimum of 10 hours per week of Educational Children's Programming, which will more than satisfy the FCC's weekly mandate for this type of programming. CEGTV's main objective will be to provide quality, family programming for any member of the family (thus, freeing parents from ever having to worry about programs that are offensive or degrading).
CEGTV will bring to the television viewer not only high quality programming for the entire family, but a freshness and originality that will have a positive impact on the industry as a whole. Viewers will eagerly want to view and participate in CEGTV's excellent and diversified array of fine programming, which will be distributed to television broadcasters (including cable and home satellite systems) by means of existing, commercially-available satellite channels that provide coverage of the contiguous 48 states, at a minimum. Programming will be a mixture of properties (a) owned by Cairngorm Studios and/or Cairngorm Entertainment Group (CEG), (b) acquired (i.e., licensed) by CEG, and/or (c) produced by CEG, with revenue derived from advertisers, as described herein.
Another branch or channel, which would be part of CEGTV, is a pay per view venue that would feature concerts, live events, and specialty events for which viewers from the satellite or cable systems would pay a nominal fee (collected by the satellite or cable systems) per event.
CEGTV will also offer to station groups and other broadcasters, blocks of programming, in which two- to four-hour blocks of talk and information shows - such as fitness, health, cooking, and interactive programs, which are always a hit with viewers - will be available.
CEGTV is offering a Shopcegtv.com online shopping club in which viewers, who watch a program on CEGTV networks, see a product related to a program, which they can then purchase. Internet surfers will also see products they wish to purchase such as the big DVD home entertainment market.
